1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By registering an account, linking an email address, or using any part of TrackMyCards, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of TrackMyCards immediately.

2. Description of the Service

TrackMyCards provides tools to assist users in aggregating, viewing, and organizing credit card statement data. Key capabilities include:

• Automated Statement Parsing: Connecting email inboxes via Google OAuth (with read-only access) to identify and extract bank statement dates, total dues, and minimum dues.
• Unified Passbook & Ledger: Grouping cards across issuers (e.g., HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Amex) into a centralized dashboard with billing cycle countdowns.
• Payment Reminders: Generating timely alerts before upcoming due dates to help prevent inadvertent late fees.
• Analytics & Insights: Itemized categorization of statement charges and utilization ratios.

3. User Accounts & Security

When accessing TrackMyCards via email OTP or third-party authentication:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and devices used to access the application.
• You must notify us immediately at support@trackmycards.online if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Third-Party Services & Google API Integration

TrackMyCards integrates with third-party service providers, primarily Google and Microsoft, to enable statement syncing:

• Your use of Google services is subject to the applicable Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• TrackMyCards complies strictly with Google's Limited Use requirements. We never sell, monetize, or misuse data accessed through Google APIs.
• We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or policies of third-party platforms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Using the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise the vulnerability of our systems or networks.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of our proprietary statement extraction engines.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, visual interfaces, interactive components, designs, trademarks, and logos associated with TrackMyCards are the intellectual property of TrackMyCards and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Bank trademarks and issuer logos (such as HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis) belong to their respective registered owners and are referenced solely for identification purposes under fair use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Provided “As Is” and “As Available”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackMyCards is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. While our statement extraction algorithms are engineered for high precision, we do not warrant that statement parsing will be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or that notifications will always reach your device without delivery delays from email providers or network carriers.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrackMyCards, its founders, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Late payment fees, penalties, or interest charges levied by card issuers.
• Impacts on credit scores (such as CIBIL, Experian, or Equifax) resulting from missed or late payments.
• Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination & Account Cancellation

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account from your Profile settings or contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive activities without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of TrackMyCards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
